Shoppers will have a chance to experience the works of talented craftspeople, shop for some gifts, and savor soups and hot drinks at this annual craft event set within the one-room schoolhouse on the San Juan Ridge. Admission is free. The fair will open at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. on Saturday and 4 p.m. on Sunday. Visitors from afar will have the chance to enjoy a scenic drive leaving behind the relative hustle and bustle of town to do some holiday shopping in this classic, natural setting.
When you need a break from all the shopping, you can enjoy a hot bowl of soup and a cup of tea in the Craft Faire Café. Baked goods by some of the wonderful San Juan Ridge bakers will also be available.

Our annual Holiday Craft Faire will be held over two days: Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Vendors: Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smoothly run fair:
• Please bring your own table. Do not expect to use a Schoolhouse table.
• Each space can be no wider than a standard 6-foot long table. In some cases, vendors may be able to pay for additional space as available and allowed by NCSCC.
• The building will be open by 8:00 AM on Saturday and by 8:30 AM on Sunday. Please arrive early to allow yourself enough time to set up. Additionally, if you would like to set up on Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, please call me so I can meet you here. Doors open to the public at 10:00 AM. All of the booths need to be set up by that time. Note the new closing time on Sunday.
• Our Holiday Craft Faire Café will be located in the back room. We are looking for soups or chili in a crock-pot as well as scones, muffins, or other Café items. If you are willing to make something please let me know. Proceeds to support the Cultural Center as usual!
• If you are willing to help publicize the faire check the box on the form and I will mail you flyers to distribute around the county. Also let me know if a photograph of your work is available to be on the promotional materials.
JURY PROCESS: We will jury vendor participation to assure a wide variety of items with minimum repetition. Interested vendors should submit photos and details about the items they intend to sell. Please label the rear of the photos with your business name and phone number. Alternatively, you may register online at davew41.sg-host.com/craftfaire2014. Vendors not accepted will receive a refund minus a $10 application fee.
