Holiday Craft Faire Vendor Registration Open Now!


HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIRE, Saturday and Sunday, December 2rd & 3th
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Received by Wednesday, November 22, 2017
NOTIFICATION DATE: Wednesday, November 29, 2016

Our annual Holiday Craft Faire will be held over two days: Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smoothly run fair:

•    Please bring your own table. Do not expect to use a Schoolhouse table.
•    Each space can be no wider than a standard 6-foot long table. In some cases, vendors may be able to pay for additional space as available and allowed by NCSCC.
•    The building will be open by 8:00 AM on Saturday and by 8:30 AM on Sunday.  Please arrive early to allow yourself enough time to set up.  Additionally, if you would like to set up on Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, please call me so I can meet you here.  Doors open to the public at 10:00 AM.  All of the booths need to be set up by that time. Note the new closing time on Sunday.
•    Our Holiday Craft Faire Café will be located in the back room. We are looking for soups or chili in a crock-pot as well as scones, muffins, or other Café items. If you are willing to make something please let me know.  Proceeds to support the Cultural Center as usual!
•    If you are willing to help publicize the faire check the box on the form and I will mail you flyers to distribute around the county. Also let me know if a photograph of your work is available to be on the promotional materials.

JURY PROCESS: We will jury vendor participation to assure a wide variety of items with minimum repetition. Interested vendors should submit photos and details about the items they intend to sell. Vendors not accepted will receive a refund minus a $10 application fee.
